Facebook Page Promoting Video

Any one know if it would be a good idea to make a FaceBook page that promoted a Youtube video. Would this likely get deleted quickly, get my video deleted, or not really bring in views/comments? Thinking it might be a good idea if I can promote the page well.

if its a good videoit will just be spreaded naturally on facebook
