Index out of serps: I built a new site that?s around 3 weeks old its being doing well moved from high 80?s in to the top 12 for keywords but today the index is out of serps completely it?s still indexed all other pages are still showing but have lost a few positions. Probably over did it...

With this algo should we start removing our 301 redirects as quick as possible, as its not over and sites are still taking a hammering, looking more like linkings the issue??
