i just redesigned and layout my website. My site is ranked 4 in first page of google for my keyword but few hours later, my rank dropped to 15 which is 2nd page of the google. Is this normal or what? I am outranked by useless youtube links and other crap sites.

how to monetize it? My niche is a title of upcoming game next year that would surely hit me with great traffic when the game's released. So far i'm getting 7-11 organic traffic from google. I don't have an adsense account because of this stupid G don't want to approve my account.

How to monetize autoblog if I dont have adsense account? I applied to adsense for the nth time and still they didn't accept me(by submitting unique-content blogger blog ofcourse, not my autoblog).

I created autoblog in wordpress about jobs niche two days ago. When I tried to open my blog, it takes like 15-30secs to load or sometimes it will display "Connection Interrupted" page load error. Anyone who has experience with this thing? I use webgator for my hosting.
