does someone used Fiverr to make online business from a scratch?

Like pay 5 bucks each for keyword research, building website, on-page and off-page seo, and some good backlink building aaaandd ughh did i missed something? I think you can make nice online business for less than 20bucks.

I believe that money equals quality.
