Hello all, I'm just wondering how often you check your backlink profile from Ahref,MOZ,SEMRUSH, and disvow low-quality, spammy back links on Google Search Console. In my case, I usually did it in 4~5 5-month intervals. (not sure it is appropriate interval for disavowing) How about your case?
