How often did you disavow your backlinks?

Hello all,

I'm just wondering how often you check your backlink profile from Ahref,MOZ,SEMRUSH, and disvow low-quality, spammy back links on Google Search Console.
In my case, I usually did it in 4~5 5-month intervals. (not sure it is appropriate interval for disavowing)

How about your case?

Ignore those links. It doesn't affect your SEO negatively. But if you're paranoid and want to keep your backlink profile clean you can do it once every month.

I've not disavowed a single link since Google introduced the tool back in 2012 IIRC, and don't plan to. I've managed fine without it.
