is there a good program out there that can scrape emails from instagram? either the email address that the instagram user put to register their profile or the email that they share publicly in their instagram bio line.

I get a lot of random emails from people pitching me products & marketing services. i know that they got my email from my bio line on instagram. How do people scrape emails from bio lines? is there a reputable bot that does this? Are there other tactics?
