So i used to see this error: "Error-level 10/10: The refresh rate is too high" every now and then, a simple clearing of the cookies and logging in and out of third party sites would fix this problem, but as of this morning it has been happening everytime i try to use the bot.

Anyone know whats going on or what would cause this? This problem just started happening today 4/8/14

Its because your requesting too much data thru the api.

I guess that could be fixed if you use proxies.

Use different clients, trial and error. Some of the clients you're using are giving that error.

i did use different clients. they are all giving this error.

in the past ive seen this error but a simple restart of the bot would fix it
and now it keeps giving the same refresh error

Just break for a couple days. Sometimes if you run the bot for too long or too much, you get that error. It should be fine if you leave it alone for 2+ days.

It might be that instagram is changing the policy for 3rd parties. There seems to be a issue with most if not all the instagram bots. (correct me if I am wrong) I stopped using ninjagram because with in the last month of June 2014 webstagram seems to block users for 2-14 days in total, among other igbots (reported fourm fact). I think InstaGet is having the same issue but I am not sure. The Refresh Rate Too High might not actually be a issue or even the igbots but 3rd party instagram website liking maybe getting shafted. I am not to sure about all this still testing and contacting some of the bot programmers for answers.
