HOSTCAY.COM - OFFSHORE DMCA IGNORED & ADULT HOSTING: Shared Web Hosting, Linux, Windows & Storage VPS Servers, Streaming & Dedicated Ser...

I have screenshots of the Telegram conversation where you promised me 24 hours to back up my data before any services were cancelled. That promise was not limited to abuse reports. You also told me that law enforcement very rarely contacts you.

My sites were behind Cloudflare and other proxies, so it was not possible to identify you as the host from the sites themselves.

You cancelled everything immediately instead of keeping your promise. That is the only point I am making here. I will not discuss anything else in this thread.
“My sites were behind Cloudflare and other proxies, so it was not possible to identify you as the host from the sites themselves.”
Huh?
You are aware that anyone can find IPs behind Cloudflare by submitting an abuse report through their abuse contact form? They receive emails identifying the hosting provider and the IP behind the websites
Law enforcement also has a dedicated Cloudflare portal through which it can request information such as traffic records and IP addresses. Even with an nginx proxy, law enforcement can submit requests to each provider involved.
If you didn’t know this basic information, then it’s clear that you misunderstood what we meant regarding abuse reports, backup availability and law enforcement.
Yes, law enforcement contacts us. Obviously, we would not disclose whether they had contacted us about a particular case. That information is confidential, so my team saying “rarely” does not mean “never.”

At the end of the day, the service agreement is legally binding. Your misunderstanding of what was said in a web chat does not override the terms you agreed to upon signing up.

I’d be more concerned about your activities and the legal issues you’re involved in than about continuing to write to us.

We have responded to all your inquiries, and your reviews can remain. If you scroll through our past negative comments, you’ll see that users engaging in illegal activities have posted similar complaints. You’re not the only person to behave abusively or post such comments while facing legal issues.

We have replied to each one individually and have been transparent about our position. We do not tolerate abusive behaviour, and we make that clear publicly. This is not something that started with you. So it’s not hidden information or fake promises. It’s in our sales thread with other users, Google, service agreement etc. so your misunderstanding of what was mentioned to you is not acceptable.

Our public responses are intended to discourage users engaging in this kind of behaviour from purchasing our services. We do not want or need such clients. Our client base is high and come from Google mostly. If you search offshore hosting we’re ranked near the top. We run 11 hosting brands from Hostija.com to OceanicHost.com. We receive enough customers who understand what we provide and legal frameworks involved.

You made promises to get my business that you did not keep. I was told I would get 24 hours to back up my data before cancellation, and that did not happen. I have the screenshots, and the dispute will handle the rest.

I will keep sharing my experience with your service wherever people ask about it, so others can decide for themselves.

Perfect, that’s fine. We’ll wait for the dispute. In the meantime, please do not post further replies to our thread, as multiple reviews or comments are not allowed. Any additional posts will be reported, and you may receive a warning we haven’t reported as of yet as we allowed your point of view. Usually one share of experience review is acceptable but anything else we usually report continuous things like this as it’s becoming unbearable at this stage.

Discounts available.

How do you handle iptv abuse reports since you have streaming servers available?

Will you shutdown or ignore?

To be more precise, UK Premier League is scaning servers worldwide and if they detect iptv panel installed they will send abuse report despite they dont have any evidence about content itself. In this case will you ignore ot terminate service?
