Babylon Traffic has easily the WORST support in the industry. It's almost non existent and I was on a $300/month plan. They don't respond for weeks, then when they respond its vague and useless. Their software does not work as advertised and does not show up in GA4 for most of the runs. Just absolute trash software backed by trash support.

Quick update for everyone following the thread
Over the last few weeks, we’ve been working very hard on the backend. A large part of the system has been refactored and upgraded, and the new backend has now been fully deployed. As of this past month, the platform successfully bypasses all the latest anti-bot protections again, including Google and Cloudflare. Everything is running smoothly in production, and all launches are using the new system by default. This was a major internal update, but it translates directly into more stability, better reliability, and long-term scalability for users.
More improvements are already in progress. As always, thanks for the continued trust and feedback.

The API covers everything the dashboard does. Projects, campaigns, individual behaviour steps, stats, exports, logs. Token auth with separate read and write scopes, so you can hand a read-only key to a client or a reporting script and keep write access to yourself.
The MCP server plugs Babylon Traffic straight into Claude, ChatGPT and any other MCP client. Connect it once, then run campaigns in plain language:
