Refund policy

• Never installed, never used — full refund. If you bought a plan and haven't installed the eSIM or used any data, contact us and we'll refund it in full to your balance.
• Failed delivery — full refund. If an eSIM fails to issue, or the QR code doesn't work and we can't fix it, you get your money back.
• Our fault — we make it right. If a plan doesn't work as described because of a problem on our side, we refund or replace it.
• Incompatible device. If your phone can't take an eSIM and the plan is unused, contact us and we'll refund it. Please check compatibility before you buy — the checker is on our site.
• Used plans aren't refundable. Once an eSIM has connected and carried data, the plan has been used.

Before you buy — worth knowing

• Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.
• iPhones sold in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao mostly cannot use eSIMs.
• Plans are data-only — no voice calls or SMS on the DeSIM line. VoIP apps work normally.

It worthless to try because firstly almost 3 times your price more what getting from others known supplier and secondly service is no in line
