Just because GSC shows a page as indexed doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s actually in Google’s index.
Open Google search in a private browser and run a site: your page. If your pages show up in the results, then you know they’re actually indexed.
Second, having a page indexed doesn’t mean it’s going to rank. And it certainly doesn’t mean it’s going to rank for high-volume queries, or even for low-volume ones.
Sometimes it takes more than simply waiting for Google to rank your pages. You may also need to put in additional work, such as driving attention to those pages from other sources, earning backlinks to the articles, and doing other forms of off-page SEO.
