yeah looks like google is doing some kind of serp recalculation or minor volatility pass. when results disappear and reappear on refresh, it is usually datacenter syncing or live testing behavior.

There's a lot a churn at the moment in the areas I track. Anecdotally it also seems to corroborate with the mass spam reporting that seems to have become very popular recently. Everyone just seems to be reporting all their competitors.

it seems so, there are lot and i mean really lot of mass reporting from competitors, especially lumendatabase from dmca issues

Also from 1-2 days they spending good and then stopped permanently w/o any bans or restrictions
i have seen that too. it seems like rankings are fluctuating quite a bit right now. if this fluctuation does not last for at least a few days then i would hold off on making any changes to ur SEO practices.

Yes, looks like Google is rolling out some SERP volatility.
I'm seeing rankings fluctuate too domains disappear on one refresh and reappear on the next which usually points to a minor update or data center sync.
Best to wait 24–48 hours before drawing conclusions.

rankings jumping around like that could easily be due to natural volatility in the SERP. but i would not get alarmed by every update that u see. if those same websites continue jumping around in the following days, then it would be more worthwhille to look into it.

Yess, I have noticed similar volatility recently as well. I will observe the situation for a couple of day before taking any step.
