Facebook Ads vs YouTube Ads – Which One Is Best?

For me, Facebook ads are better because I can test ads quickly and see results faster. it is also easier to change creatives and scale once something works.

Stick with facebook ads if you tryna flip that small bag quick since the setup is way easier for a new advertiser. yt takes too much bread for videos and moves way slower, and also your ads will not show for yt premium subscriber

digital product is everything.....its niche related if you want to sell an item go to fb if you offer a digital product or service it depends on the niche

I am not sure if this is still actual, but for people that want to know the reality of 2026 about youtube ads is that they are not working at all if your budget is not ventured millions.

How youtube ads and google ads works now:
- Google have signals that tells him if a person is very likely to convert or not (history, time of the day, exact location, income level, profession and etc...)
- they pushed everyone into "SMART" campaigns (scam campaigns in my opinion), so now your targeting abilities doesn't matter at all.
- based on your budget and (if you added max price per click) google will decide if you will get the person that is likely to convert or the one that will not convert in their opinion.
- If you wan't to use a traditional campaign (pay per view or pay per 1000 impressions) you are going to get only bots. Trust me, I paid real money for this lesson. (Yes before 2021 you could do traditional campaigns and make profit, but after their new CEO cam in they destroyed eveerything).
- On youtube you can now only advertise venture funded ads or big corporations because they can afford to pay 30$ per click and be profitable over years, thats why everything is on subscription now. Without it you cannot be profitable.
For example otter ai said they pay that much for google ads that they start becoming profitable after 18 MONTHS of user paying subscription. And this is a venture funded company like everything that is advertising on youtube.

So please, choose facebook, facebook is waaaaaaaaaay better.

For direct conversions, Facebook has given me better results. YouTube is great for building awareness, but it often takes longer to optimize for sales.

for me facebook give me good roi compare to youtube ads.

YouTube Ads need strong video creatives. If you don’t have good videos, performance will struggle.

i would suggest start with Facebook Ads becuase It’s easier for beginners and works well with smaller budgets and you can test and learn faster.
