How do those AI accounts grow to 10K in a month or less?

I've noticed that some AI accounts, such as this one https://www.tiktok.com/@digital7412 only started in May, yet they've got tens of thousands of followers. How have they done this? This can't possibly be organic, can it?

My guess is that they're using dripping for followers. Can anyone with experience let me know how this is done?

I started to post AI content of my own yet I have no idea how to grow at the rate that these guys have

honestly man a lot of it is actualy organic tiktok algorithm is crazy and will push ai videos to millions if the watch time is good u just have to get lucky once
 
yes i could be paid growth but some ai content can also blow up fast and just focus on posting consistently and testing what gets the most views
 
its hard to tell could be an old account they switched over to a new niche, deleted old content. could be they paid for followers' views ect. it also could be that this is one of hundreds of their accounts and you dont see the 100s of "failed" accounts.
 
From my experience running content accounts, that kind of growth can absolutely happen organically, especially with AI content where one viral format can be repeated quickly. I’ve also seen accounts use paid promotion or low-quality followers, but the easiest way to spot that is to compare follower growth with views and engagement across their posts. For my own accounts, I’d focus on finding a repeatable format that gets strong retention first.. once you have that, scaling the volume becomes much easier.
 
is normally ai is not restricted so any video can rank if the content is good ..... alghorithm can push the video that create engagement so all in all is simple organic growth reach
