WHAT EMAIL/Phone To use on registration on Instagram

Hello.

I'm getting started on a small automation setup. and I was wondering what kind of emails result in the best performance.

* Aged Gmails? or regular gmails?
* Phone Number? if so, how would I be able to login again if renting?
* Catch-all ".com" domain?

Dont go catch all domain route.
regular gmails are just fine.
For phone number, could enable 2FA for later login.
