The biggest change for me isn't the technical stuff I notice — it's that I now read search results with suspicion. I can usually tell within a second or two whether a page was written for a person or reverse-engineered from a keyword list, and once you see that pattern you can't unsee it. The downside someone mentioned above is real: I catch myself skipping past genuinely useful smaller sites because they don't "look optimized," even when their content is better. It's made me a sharper analyst but arguably a worse reader.
