No. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or leads. Search performance is influenced by many factors, including your website, competition, industry, and search engine algorithms. Our campaigns include the services outlined in your selected package.

Will I receive reports?​

Yes. Every monthly campaign includes a report outlining the work completed during the month along with available performance data.

Each campaign covers a 30-day period. Work begins within three business days after receiving the required information and continues throughout the month.

What do you need before getting started?​

We'll need your website URL and a brief overview of your business. Depending on the services selected, we may also request access to your website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or Google Business Profile.

Can I combine multiple services?​

Yes. You may combine On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Google Business Profile Management into a single monthly campaign or select only the services you need.

Do you work with new websites?​

Yes. We work with both newly launched websites and established websites. Each campaign is customized based on the website and the services selected.

Payment​

Invoices are sent through QuickBooks, allowing payment by major credit or debit card.

Refund Policy​

A full refund is available before work begins. Once work has started, refunds are generally unavailable due to the time invested in the campaign. If you have a question about your order, please contact me to discuss it.

• Disclaimer: We've allowed the seller to select a single person and give their top-level package for free. The staff monitored the process and everything involved with it.
• Here are a few of the lines from the review left by the member:
  • "On quality: mixed, but with real value. The title-tag review correctly identified that several of my titles exceeded display length and were truncating — a solid catch. The content-expansion and schema recommendations were sound and I implemented versions of both. Two accuracy points to note: the first keyword export was run against the US database despite my site being UK-only (top results were US-market queries — sq ft, freon, central air, US brands), which was corrected to UK data promptly when I flagged it; and the sample schema had a syntax issue ("@Type" rather than lowercase "@Type") that would fail validation as supplied. Both were easily handled on my end."
  • "A useful set of on-page recommendations with some solid catches (title-length issues, content depth, schema) alongside a couple of accuracy points I had to correct myself. Because I asked for recommendations rather than implementation (due to my custom-coded site), my deliverable was lighter than the service's standard scope — worth bearing in mind on price.
