What cheap paid traffic network to use and not hurt my Adsense site?

Hi, hope you are all well.

Recently i purchased a site, it had direct traffic and from the moment i added Adsense i dont have direct traffic only organic and not much, how i can increase Adsense revenue with cheap and quality traffic?

Which ad networks do you recommend? And what ads to make? CPC, CPM, native, display, pop, push, banner ads..?

Or not try at all cause i might lose Adsense account?

I wouldnt risk cheap traffic on an Adsense site, one bad source can cause more problems than its worth.
