We do but these are mobile proxies and they are designed to have the ability to rotate. If you go with Verizon or AT&T USA then your IP would rotate when you submit an ip rotation by link or our dashboard. T-Mobile USA can swap out the ip from under you when they want. It stays within the same city/state so it won't trigger anything and they do this with all local customers with real phones too.
Yes you can choose your location but again this is a dedicated mobile proxy and not residential which sounds like what you are talking about.
