One month is still very early, so don't discourage! Since your channel is new, focus heavily on YouTube Shorts. Shorts are the fastest way to gain subscribers and visibility right now. Also, make sure you optimize your titles, descriptions, and tags using high-volume keywords. Consistency is key, keep posting
I think the first few months r mostly an education of what works. Try different topics, formats nd posting times nd then amplify the videos that get the best response. Growth on you tube is generally slow at first but consiistency really does pay off.
