Yes, I use reddit for keyword research. It helps in finding the real questions which are asked by the people in their own words. It also helps me to find out what topics actually matters before writing the content.

Yes, I use reddit more to understand user intent than to find keywords and that has helped me create content that answers what people are actually looking for.

I just don't rely on it alone. I usually cross check with search volume .so i know it's worth targeting.

Yes, i use reddit for content planning but don't properly as keyword research tool. It helped me to discover ideas related with the topics that actually brought traffic.

I'm in the process of making a reddit audience research tool that is similar to gummysearch and wanna understand what people really need in my tool, and i'm thinking of adding a feature that extracts keywords from reddit posts
my current idea works like this: so you search for a topic and choose your subreddit or multiple ones with the sorting like new, relevance...etc and get post results, then the keyword extractor gives all keywords and has the option to download as csv, excel
or for example you extract all keywords from any subreddit for the recent posts that got published in the past day, week or even a month.
maybe we can also run those keywords against something like keyword volume checker to see the monthly search volume
will you be interested in this feature?

Reddit is still a very useful source not just for keyword research, but also for understanding user intent.
According to my personal experience, keyword tools show search volume, but reddit shows real intent behind the searches. Before start content writing, I generally look at discussions, comments and repeated questions in niche subreddits to understand what people actually want.
It has helped me find topics that do not always look strong in tools but still bring consistent organic traffic when covered properly.

I use Reddit for keyword research to find real conversations, major points, and valuable terms people use. but the important part isn't just collecting keywords it is about understanding the context behind them and creating content that actually answers those needs.

No i use Google ads for Keywords research and there are many paid and free tools are available but best is Google Keyword Planner
