I don't know If that can help you, but for my case I did just wait 2 months and made a new account from another browser with different bank info! I did keep the same url from my sites
For now it's ok, I get paid since two month allready

Thanks for the information. I have a little confusion, though.

Did you wait for 2 months after your Amazon account was closed, then create a new account with new information, reapply to the program, and receive payment after 60 days using the same websites? Am I understanding that correctly?

If so, does that mean taking a 2-month break is necessary in this process?
