Online casinos operating through Facebook are a phenomenon reflecting the need for entertainment and quick money-making opportunities among a segment of users. However, behind this convenience lie a host of legal, financial, and security risks.Wanted to share my story and looking for tips if anyone is in same industry.
I own a successful Facebook casino operation offering sweepstake platforms such as Golden Dragon, gamevault, vblink and 20+ other platforms. Each platform such as Golden Dragon contains slots, fish, and table games. Players prefer one platform over the other for whatever reason and we believe its better to offer all the platforms so they dont go elsewhere to play with another provider. Basically, players message, ask for an account , recieve the logins and then make the deposit. Their deposit is then manually added. For payouts, they send message they want to be paid out, we manually remove the points from their account and then send payment. Up until July 2024 we accepted only cashapp but after that we switched to btc only. Other providers still offer cashapp and other methods but it is more tedious and cashapps are shutdown every week now. We have 20+ staff doing loading, redeeming, and data entry. Before in the past and especially during covid, running fb ads was the best way to get players. In todays fb world, ads only attract free users and not people who actually want to deposit. For the first time in 3 years we had a month that did $5k less than previous month and it was due to lack of new players. Before there was growth every month. What are others doing to attract more players? If anyone has any questions please send them as well and will be happy to answer them.
You’re definitely not alone. Facebook ads don’t bring the same quality of players anymore - a lot more free users and fewer real depositors. It feels like the platform shifted, and growth now depends more on retention and word of mouth than pure paid trafficWanted to share my story and looking for tips if anyone is in same industry.

are there companies that hire Customer service representatives from 3rd world English speaking countries and pay lesser than the minimum wage in the US.Currently ads don't convert anymore you jut need to find another strategy that will help you target real players and not just people that need free game

move to websitesI'm also diving back into the same niche. I have been in this industry since 2019 with MRR of over $400k, switched over to sweepstakes due to lack of payment (Cashapp primarily), sold it, then now switching back. I don't see the lack of players (even with new agents/operators popping up like weeds). We now have secured more payment systems than we can use, including having over 17k active depositor's facebook profiles, however we cannot combat against facebook's messaging policy. Basically we're unable to make use of our list of players because we cannot message them due to Facebook's spam algorithm. We do have multiple facebook pages with over 10k followers but it was flagged and not being recommended. Have you found any workaround for this?
