Wanted to share my story and looking for tips if anyone is in same industry.
I own a successful Facebook casino operation offering sweepstake platforms such as Golden Dragon, gamevault, vblink and 20+ other platforms. Each platform such as Golden Dragon contains slots, fish, and table games. Players prefer one platform over the other for whatever reason and we believe its better to offer all the platforms so they dont go elsewhere to play with another provider. Basically, players message, ask for an account , recieve the logins and then make the deposit. Their deposit is then manually added. For payouts, they send message they want to be paid out, we manually remove the points from their account and then send payment. Up until July 2024 we accepted only cashapp but after that we switched to btc only. Other providers still offer cashapp and other methods but it is more tedious and cashapps are shutdown every week now. We have 20+ staff doing loading, redeeming, and data entry. Before in the past and especially during covid, running fb ads was the best way to get players. In todays fb world, ads only attract free users and not people who actually want to deposit. For the first time in 3 years we had a month that did $5k less than previous month and it was due to lack of new players. Before there was growth every month. What are others doing to attract more players? If anyone has any questions please send them as well and will be happy to answer them.

Because you are new to the market, new players are not familiar with you yet, and Facebook advertising when you advertise for 1 month, the new customer file can stabilize and join more.

Ads aren’t bringing in real depositors anymore. We’ve started focusing more on referrals, community building (Discord/Tele), and influencer shoutouts. Would love to hear what’s working for others too

Facebook ads now mostly attract free users. Try VIP groups, referral rewards, meme page promos, or SEO traffic. Many operators are shifting to these methods since ads are less effective and Cash App is getting restricted.

Thanks for sharing your story so clearly. Your cross-platform model is a very smart approach, especially in terms of player retention and behavioral stratification.

deposits are getting less and less, i think you need to expand to some more countries, try to test more new content with bonus offers instead of free first play, that only attracts players who want free

You can focus on Telegram channels, Discord and niche communities. Create content like reward app review, deposit and withdrawal instructions or top money making games to attract users who really need it. First deposit bonus, bonus according to playing milestone: To encourage new players to try and continue playing.

The core problem is that if players only use your free products, it's probably because you've run the wrong ads or because your playground isn't really attractive or easy for them to use.

Many companies are using Content Reels and private groups to target people who are genuinely interested in playing casino. You can try using open chat boxes in inboxes and group channels to increase your conversion rate from viewers to actual players.

Many people just want to try it out because it's free. You should create some groups or requests to identify potential customers.

You can join groups that have the content and goals you need to find potential customers.

Thanks for sharing your real-life experience. Maintaining over 20 platforms and a large team shows that the model has grown quite solidly, but the decline in new players is a clear warning. Maybe this is the time to shift from paid advertising to building a closed community, or taking advantage of referrals in the form of internal promotions. However, the question is: if the tightening trend continues, will the current model be able to adapt without depending on traditional traffic channels? Or is it time to rethink the entire player ecosystem and cash flow?

As a new player in the market, it takes about a month of Facebook advertising for your customer base to stabilize and grow.

If you are new to the market, you need to build a brand foundation, you can run interactive ads or Reels to make your brand more familiar and popular.

It’s clear you’ve built a serious operation with solid structure, especially managing so many platforms and a large team.
Switching to BTC was a smart move since CashApp is becoming increasingly unstable in this niche.
Totally agree. Facebook ads just don’t bring quality players anymore.
Lately, I’ve seen good results from niche Telegram groups, micro influencers in gambling communities, and SEO-focused landing pages for each platform.
Some also run small giveaways with BTC payouts to attract serious users.
Curious how you keep players loyal with so many platform choices.

We've also seen a drop in player quality from FB ads recently. If you're still using FB to attract users, having a strong ad account setup and cloaking strategy is key now.

Thanks for sharing very insightful! Sounds like you’ve built a solid operation. Totally agree that FB ads have shifted big time. Have you tried scaling through Telegram groups, influencers, or SEO landing pages targeting sweepstake keywords?

There are many ways to circumvent the meta if you advertise online gambling, you can use 3rd party software like wrapped links or a blank web page to fool the meta at the beginning.

You run a Facebook casino with 20+ sweepstake platforms, manually handling deposits and payouts, switched from CashApp to BTC due to restrictions, and now struggle with Facebook ads only attracting free users, causing a revenue drop; seeking tips on how others attract paying players.

Appreciate you sharing your experience - sounds like you’ve built something solid despite the policy shifts.
We’re also exploring strategies to keep traffic quality high and reduce drop-off.
