Online Casino Through Facebook

Regarding the issue of attracting new players, Facebook Ads are currently clearly less effective with the “deposit-ready” user group, especially in sensitive industries such as games/casinos. However, there are still directions that can be applied: Promote internal affiliates: Many units rebuild the ref system in the old customer group - players invite friends to play, share commissions or reward extra coins → increase users while still keeping CPA low.

The operating model is very systematic and clear, especially the diversification of playing platforms helps to retain users effectively. However, switching completely to BTC can also cause a potential player base to encounter barriers, especially those who are not familiar with crypto. Facebook's gradual ineffectiveness in attracting paying players is not an isolated problem - most are turning to closed channels, internal referrals, or building their own communities to nurture their files. This phase probably needs to focus more on retargeting old files, optimizing conversion funnels, and expanding through less controlled distribution channels. if one day BTC is tightly controlled like cashapp, is the current system flexible enough to change direction immediately without affecting cash flow and player experience?

Many customers just want to try the service for free but don't really want to spend money. You should add requests to invite friends, view ads... to identify your target audience.

It's always valuable to hear real experience from the field. Indeed, the current FB landscape seems to favor free users more, and lead quality has noticeably declined. Some teams are experimenting with different funnel setups and pre-landing pages to filter better users.

Wanted to share my story and looking for tips if anyone is in same industry.
I own a successful Facebook casino operation offering sweepstake platforms such as Golden Dragon, gamevault, vblink and 20+ other platforms. Each platform such as Golden Dragon contains slots, fish, and table games. Players prefer one platform over the other for whatever reason and we believe its better to offer all the platforms so they dont go elsewhere to play with another provider. Basically, players message, ask for an account , recieve the logins and then make the deposit. Their deposit is then manually added. For payouts, they send message they want to be paid out, we manually remove the points from their account and then send payment. Up until July 2024 we accepted only cashapp but after that we switched to btc only. Other providers still offer cashapp and other methods but it is more tedious and cashapps are shutdown every week now. We have 20+ staff doing loading, redeeming, and data entry. Before in the past and especially during covid, running fb ads was the best way to get players. In todays fb world, ads only attract free users and not people who actually want to deposit. For the first time in 3 years we had a month that did $5k less than previous month and it was due to lack of new players. Before there was growth every month. What are others doing to attract more players? If anyone has any questions please send them as well and will be happy to answer them.
I think you should first lay a solid foundation, then the content and offers also need to be constantly refreshed. Then I think everything will be better.

Thanks for sharing! Sounds like a solid operation. Maybe try diversifying traffic sources beyond Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, or influencer marketing could bring in more paying players.

Always innovate and create. Pay attention to player feedback to continuously improve and create the best experiences for them.

Good share there. Unsurprisingly FB has shifted. Quality's not what it used to be and there's no shortage of people looking for freebies either. There's been better-ish results from private TG channels, influencer shoutouts on TikTok or IG, and even some affiliate-style promos through trusted resellers (I'm sure there's underlying reasons for each, but on the face of it is what I mean by "better").
Also, since switching to BTC, consider offering simple walkthroughs or even OTC options for new players who aren’t quite as savvy with crypto yet. It might help reduce drop-offs. If your setup’s strong, maybe test a lightweight web funnel with lead gen + SMS follow-up instead of direct FB ads too. Could revive that player flow. Not a guarantee but is worth the try.

Customers have started to get bored with the platform they used to use and they want to find a new platform, so we always have to change according to the customers.

You must always update your image/content. You should minimize payment methods as well as how to log into the game. If it is too complicated, customers will have difficulty finding your game experience. Also, update the domain/image/content/media to run more effective ads. You can also change/expand the market. Expand your customer base.

Try VIP groups, referral rewards, meme page promos, or SEO traffic. Many operators are shifting to these methods since ads are less effective and Cash App is getting restricted.

To attract more players and regain growth, try these strategies:
1. Diversify Marketing Channels:
Email Marketing: Use personalized emails for updates and promotions.
Instagram/TikTok: Create engaging content like game teasers and player stories.
SEO: Optimize your site for search traffic related to online casinos.
Referral Programs: Offer incentives for players who bring in new paying users.
2. Promotions & Incentives:
Bonuses: Offer deposit matches or rewards for multi-platform play.
VIP Programs: Provide exclusive perks for frequent players.
3. Targeted Ads:
Retargeting Ads: Focus on users who engaged but didn’t deposit.
Influencer Marketing: Partner with relevant influencers for exposure.
Explore Other Platforms: Try advertising on Reddit or affiliate sites.
4. Community Engagement:
Discord/Telegram: Build player communities with exclusive promotions.
Social Proof: Share testimonials and big wins to attract new users.
5. Optimize User Experience:
Quicker Payouts: Streamline your manual payout process.
Mobile Optimization: Ensure your platform is mobile-friendly.
6. Data Analysis:
Segment Players: Focus on high-value player groups.
Churn Analysis: Understand why players leave and adjust accordingly.

Thanks for sharing your experience , it's quite insightful. We've seen similar challenges with traffic quality and platform restrictions, especially after mid-2024. Facebook's policy tightening definitely changed the game for casino traffic.

Running online casino ads on FB is possible but only if you follow Meta’s gambling ads policy. You’ll need written approval, valid gambling licenses, target only 18+, and make sure the ads & landing page comply with local laws. If you skip any step, ads will get rejected fast.

It’s true that FB ads are not as straightforward as they were during the earlier days, and attracting real depositors has become a bigger challenge. Many are testing out diversified traffic sources, mixing in community building and long-term engagement to reduce dependency on one platform.

Currently ads don't convert anymore you jut need to find another strategy that will help you target real players and not just people that need free game
I have worked as a customer service representative, and currently as a marketer for a platform Billion Balls which is doing very great now
So am always available for any gig or offer to
