Ask me Anything (AMA ) Casino Operations and Casino Marketing

Is SEO still one of the main ways you promote casino?
I personally don't specialise in SEO but yes it is definitely a big part of the space still - many large affiliates deliver lots of traffic through SEO - it is a very competitive space and hard to get into

Interesting niche. I'm curious what has changed the most over the last couple of years. Is deliverability becoming a bigger challenge than acquiring traffic itself? It feels like inbox providers and carriers keep getting stricter, so I'd be interested to hear whether the real competitive advantage today is having better data or simply being able to consistently reach users without getting filtered.
Deliverability for emails is definitely a pain point - sent emails are useless if they are not landing in the inbox.

Lots of different things from content to warmup etc that you need to do to make sure emails land

How do you think we can break into the Chinese market with a gambling - themed crash game?
Given that baccarat is stealing all the attention ???

Bro, I'm looking to run casino ads in India. Do you have any reliable method to get them approved and keep the account from getting suspended? If you've got something that works, let me know. I think there could be a good business opportunity here

If I had $1,000, I'd focus on only two things:

  1. Learning a high-income skill (web development, AI automation, media buying, etc.) and improving my expertise.
  2. Marketing and client acquisition (outreach, ads, tools, and building a professional portfolio) to start generating consistent income.
These two areas usually provide a much better return than chasing quick-money opportunities.

What's your biggest challenge right now with email and SMS marketing in the casino space—data quality, deliverability, compliance, or conversion rates? Also, which factor has the biggest impact on ROI in your experience?
SMS is mainly conversion and data quality - deliverability and compliance are not a major issue with the right SMS provider which thankfully I have a good relationship with.

Email is deliverability - landing in inbox is becoming more difficult and infrastructure now needs to be a lot less volume based

Do you have any experience with FB or Google PPC? Those are two skills which can benefit you in the industry albeit if you have never done black hat ads
yea, I familier with facebook, google ads. Also I've learnt a little clocking before, but almost forgot it, so wish to get back this knowledge again.

If youre a beginner who knows your way around the internet, can vibe code tools n webs and wanna make money off betting industry where would you start?
I have a friend who's been making a killing off casino and betting sites but he's tightlipped about how he makes money all I know is he's associated with them

Interesting AMA. What's the biggest challenge you're seeing right now with email/SMS deliverability in the casino space, and how are you adapting to stricter carrier and inbox filtering?

In terms of SMS its all about finding a reliable trustworthy provider which thankfully till now I am in a good space with.

Email wise it has become more and more difficult to scale volumes to significant numbers and as many people mention lots of list hygiene and interaction is required. You cant just fire off 100k emails on a warm ip and expect they land - even if the content is not "salesy'

No one will sell his secret sauce - this is standard. I started by working in the industry for years and have a good inside idea about it through that work experience

casino marketing is one of those industries where acquisition and retention often become completely different businesses.

a lot of people focus heavily on traffic sources and acquisition costs, but long-term profitability is usually determined by player value, retention, and lifecycle management.

always interesting hearing perspectives from people working directly on the operational side because that's where a lot of the real economics become visible.

I'm exploring the casino advertising space in India. Has anyone had success getting campaigns approved and keeping accounts in good standing? I'd love to hear about your experience, as this looks like a promising opportunity.

Based on your business, do younger generation still doing gamble and still clueless about all the manipulation
