Hi

Any ideas if it's still possible to create meta ads (for facebook and instagram) with a fresh created faecbook account?

I've heard that most of them get banned directly or they require a Live-selfie verification which also can get denied for basically no single reason. However, seems like it's really hard to get into it.

Do you have more experiencecs with this?

Does it make sense to use a aged-facebook account do to this with better chancecs?

Of course: Always clean IP address and pre-paid payment methods.

Yes, you can run Meta ads with a new account, but it has higher risk of checks or bans at the start.
Using an aged account may help a bit, but the safest way is to follow rules, use real info, and build trust slowly.

Yeah but sometimes you also get banned/restricted even if you follow all the rules and use real info... Their automated AI-moderation is running crazy.

Fresh accounts are tough right now - they often get banned almost immediately, even after verification.
Older accounts tend to last longer, especially if they have normal activity.
But it’s not just about age - it also depends on how carefully you set things up and start running ads.

fresh accs r basically dead for ads right now. meta's ai flags them the moment u open ads manager. u definitely need aged accounts or at least high-quality warmed up profiles (farmed).

also prepaid cards r risky, better use virtual cards with clean bins. aged accounts have way more trust and higher spend limits, so its definitely worth the extra few bucks.

Using a new account to advertise is fine if you fully comply with Facebook's policies, using the correct country code that matches your card. Facebook will allow you to start with a low spending limit, which will gradually increase over time.

fresh acc ads = gamble. even with clean setup, no history means low trust so triggers fast. better warm it, interact normal, then scale. aged accs usually safer path if u want less headaches

In 2026, Meta heavily scores account trust from day one, so jumping straight into ads often triggers restrictions or selfie checks

New accounts can still be active, but many people report that the review and verification process is stricter than before. In my experience, accounts with a long history of activity are generally more stable; I think you should use an advertising account with a consistent spending history for easier operation.

It is technically possible to run ads on a fresh account, but practically, it is a massive waste of time. The algorithm puts all fresh profiles in a strict sandbox.

However, the real issue is your last sentence. You mentioned using "pre-paid payment methods."

When managing daily ad delivery for high-spend and high-velocity campaigns (like real gold gaming or app installs), you quickly learn that Meta's risk engine absolutely despises standard public prepaid BINs.

Fresh account can work, but they seem to get reviewed much more often now. I've had better luck after letting the account build some normal activity first.

From what I've seen, account history matters more than account age alone. A brand-new profile jumping straight into ads can attract extra checks.

Creating new ad campaigns with a newly created account is certainly possible, but it can be quite challenging. If you’re operating as a verified business, the process is generally much easier.

aged accounts sometimes have a smoother experience because they already have normal activity history, but account age alone is not a guarantee. Meta also looks at profile consistency, billing trust, and account behavior.
