Best Web hosting for BH activities

Hi, I was looking through threads here, but I think I need some fresh opinions.
I do not understand how web hosting works, at all. I did develop a web app using react and js which I would like to host. I know it sounds weird, but I did software my whole life, I never touched a web hosting services, or databases, which I will need to do now.
There will be no payment gateways, only users registrations and logins, with an email verification, all pretty standard. Additionally, some information that needs to be live on the server, as user logs in to see.

I am not afraid as I will probably not get a single report or anything, but for just in case, I would like a bulletproof hosting or VPS (whatever that is).
What are the best options?

For better safety (if you are afraid of getting suspended), you can go with offshore hostings .

Currently there are many providers out there so you can choose one of them. It's great for gh or bh websites
 
Use a managed PaaS like Vercel or Netlify to host your React app with minimal setup, and pair it with a serverless backend (e.g., Supabase or Firebase Auth/DB) for auth and live data.

Why do I feel like that only your comment isn't an ad or an bot. Can you give me few names of some offshore hostings?
 
Just so you know, you won't find a completely foolproof hosting or domain registration service.

What you will find are offshore hosting providers and "registrars" that anonymize your data, collecting the minimum amount of information possible. However, you cannot register a domain without providing your name, address, email, contact information, etc. You may find some companies that register the domain in their own name and will be legally responsible for it. In other words, the domain doesn't belong to you, but to them, and if they are legally obligated to remove the domain, they will comply because they don't want trouble.

Offshore hosting providers ignore takedown notices for copyright infringement (DMCA), but if it's activities like phishing or anything malicious, they will take down your server or hosting without you having the right to recover your files or anything else.

Thank you for your reply. You do seem to know a lot about this. Let me put it this way. I am providing a BH SaaS, but I want to host it as a website, only if the hosting has manually people checking or some AI detection shit, site shouldn't be making too much problems, and honestly, about less than a hundred people will know the actual link and actually be able to register/login there, as I will keep the site whitelist only (only registered and approved users will be able to see it's content) . For whitelist-only with <100 users you're overthinking it. Regular VPS from Hetzner/Vultr + Cloudflare is fine. Offshore only matters if you're catching reports.
Privacy WHOIS and you're good.

I am more worried about these companies using some AI tech detection tool or something else to see if anything on the website is BH, rather than catching a report.

They're not crawling your pages with AI looking for BH stuff.
They only act on external reports.

In last 8 years we lost 4 domains. This is extremely disturbing. The opinions on the forum are very divided. Some say that flokinet is good, others, njala, etc. When to read reviews, I see that in the end none of them are suitable.
From what information I have managed to gather, the registrar also needs to be in an area where it allows them to ignore ICANN, EU, US and other notifications, but the domain also matters, I understand. For example, there are domains like .st .to .is. pw that have nothing to do with ICANN and cannot be suspended.
Do you know anything? Maybe some of you have had any experience and know how to solve it?

But I am more worried about the domain hosting than hosting for site. My problem now is that I lost my domain. Where the site is hosted now is ok but the domain is hosted on other registrar and they fu.. me.
 
Digitalocean is the best for bh activities in my opinion.
 
If its just a React/JS app with logins, email verification, and some live user data, you don’t need to overcomplicate it too much.

What ur probably looking for is a VPS, not basic shared hosting. Shared hosting is fine for tiny sites, but once you need backend logic, database, user sessions, etc. VPS gives you way more control. You can run your frontend, API, database, mail setup, and whatever else without being boxed in by some cheap panel host

For a more "safe just in case" setup, Id look at LuxHost. Theyre a decent pick if you want something more flexible than the usual mainstream hosts, but still stable enough for an actual app. You can start with a small VPS, deploy your React app + backend there, then scale later if people actually start using it

Also dont sleep on backups, basic firewall, SSL, and keeping your server updated
