We haven’t had reports of this issue with our proxies. Our IP pool is regularly renewed, and locations are aligned with the selected targeting by our Quality Filter.

Regarding guarantees: ISP proxies - if the IP shows incorrect location or is broken, we will replace it or offer a refund (up to you). For Residential & Mobile proxies - if you encounter problematic IPs, we will compensate with $1 worth of traffic per each affected IP.

You’re absolutely right, and I intend to respect your position: if you want a full review, I will produce one within the next few days, with supporting evidence. Any review posted on a marketplace should be comprehensive and backed by proof of service testing, which I did not adhere to, and I apologize for that.

That said, you would be well advised to improve the quality of your proxies, because my review will be harsh.
 
the AI IP filter, what is the actual signal, denylists like spamhaus/scamalytics, ipqs scores, real-time fraud apis, all of the above? and is it pre-filter at delivery time or post-filter via replacement after a customer flags. asking because we test pool quality in a tight loop and want to know what the lower bound looks like.

Hello! The filtering happens before delivery, not only after customer reports. IPs that fail our thresholds are excluded from the active pool automatically, which is why our usable pool is smaller than the raw inventory we source from.
