Also agree with having backups, but don't just spin up random accounts. If they're all linked or behave the same, they’ll go down together. Better to separate environments and run them more cautiously.

First check the real reason in Account Quality, then appeal with clean docs and don’t keep creating new assets too fast. Also review payment method, BM history, page quality, IP, cookies, and browser fingerprint because those signals can keep triggering reviews. For future ad accounts, separate each setup in its own antidetect browser profile with a stable proxy and clean session.

To avoid bans, you should use cloaking together with reliable “spend” setups and good infrastructure.
Also keep in mind that both creatives and the white page quality play a key role – if either looks weak or inconsistent, moderation will catch it much faster.

Man, been there… honestly, the safest way is to appeal directly through FB support. Sometimes creating a new ad account with a fresh business manager helps, but don’t reuse banned info. Also, a lot of folks sell “unbans,” but most of the time it’s a waste or gets you permabanned.

Most of the “unban services” are scams, only real option is Meta appeal or rebuilding a clean account setup if it’s permanently restricted.

Sometime rushing campaigns right after creating the account triggers reviews fast. A small warmup period with normal activity can make difference.
