Google Shopping Ads are currently displayed inside AI Mode, at the bottom. As users switch from manual search to AI Mode more frequently, ads appear accordingly.
Ads don't appear or disappear spontaneously; wherever the user is, the ads are there too.

This is good news that is why it’s smart not to rely only on traditional rankings anymore. If more users keep moving into AI Mode, brands that adapt early with stronger visibility, trust signals, and shopping optimization will probably have a big advantage over those still focused only on normal search traffic.

yeah makes sense honestly, google gonna push ads anywhere users spend more time.
feels like shopping feed optimization gonna matter even more now with AI results getting bigger.

It's really great. AI is the trend, and displaying content on an AI platform will generate a huge amount of traffic to your e-commerce website.

If it's profitable for advertiser and users, I think that's a good heads up. So we need to stay aware of how the ad placements are shifting as users increasingly interact with AI search
This is extremely good news for advertisers because AI is currently a very promising platform for display advertising.

Feel like product feed optimization will matter even more now. Bad titles and weak product data probably won't survive AI-based placements for long.

It's really helpful; everything needs to be optimized as best as possible so that AI can't completely replace us.
