Account Suspended Even With Clean Setup - Need Advice

I created an AI-based OF account and purchased an aged Instagram account from 2017. I set everything up on an iPhone 13 configured to a US location, using a US SIM card (costing $200/month). The Gmail account remained unchanged, and I used a US phone number.

After a 14-day warm-up period, I started posting 1–2 images per day. Two were bikini selfies, while the rest were fully covered images. I didn’t spam or engage in any suspicious activity. I also enabled two-factor authentication, verified the account with the mobile number, and never logged in from any other device.

Despite all this, the account was suddenly suspended and I was unable to recover it.

Does anyone have any idea how to prevent accounts from getting randomly suspended?

4G proxies. Even when you get profiles that are aged; a 4G proxy during login, is vital. That being said, another thing to note is changing the hash and meta data when you upload images. That will keep the account safe aswell.

Account suspensions are often about trust signals, not just posting behavior. Even aged accounts can get flagged if monetization or sensitive niches start too quickly. A longer warm-up, real engagement, and gradual activity increase usually helps reduce risk.

Instagram has been really strict lately. Even slightly suggestive content can trigger issues, especially early on. Aged accounts don’t seem to help much if the posting style changes suddenly either. I’d stick to safe content at least for now.

the device/proxy setup sounds fine tbh. the real issue is the content pivot. a 2017 aged account that suddenly starts posting bikini content + has OF in bio or link is one of the clearest signals IG's classifiers flag — it looks exactly like a compromised account being used for adult funnel traffic. they've been aggressive on this niche specifically since late 2024.
the 14-day warmup doesn't really help when the content itself triggers a review. IG's ML scores niche consistency — if the account posted about cooking or travel for 7 years and then suddenly switches to swimwear + OF link, that delta alone can trigger manual review. aged accounts are worth more when the prior posting history already aligns with the new niche, or when the account was inactive (no prior content to mismatch against).

US physical SIM for $200/mo is pure waste — Meta doesn't care about carrier IPs more than a clean 4G residential proxy at $50. The real kill switch on aged accounts is the niche transition: a 2017 account with existing history suddenly pivoting to OF-adjacent content flags the "hijacked account" classifier fast, even if the images are covered. Either mix niche-neutral content for another 30+ days before the bikini pivot, or use fresh aged stock whose history already matches the niche.

Have you contacted the support? Why did they say? In my opinion you've probably been flagged because you postee explicit content too fast. I would warm up the account for at least 1 month, even maybe 2 in some cases (when you are in a "gray" hat area with NSFW content).

do not burn cash on physical SIMs... transition to using high quality 4G/5G residential proxies combined with an antidetect browser like Dolphin

Dolphin is okay for antidetect but I recommend GoLogin for that purpose. Just my humble opinion.
