4.5s server response spike likely triggered Google to throttle crawling (to protect your server), reducing crawl frequency and causing de-indexing/ranking drops. Once stabilized, crawl rate usually recovers automatically in days to weeks as Google re-tests your site.
Fix the root cause first, Google wont ramp up crawling until response times are consistently fast (ideally TTFB < 500ms, better < 200-300ms).
Check Crawl Stats report for response time spikes and availability issues in GSC and add then sitemap.

You might want to shift to a more powerful hardware resources hosting, like upgrade to a VPS or a dedicated server, as your website might be taking a lot of resources than whats allocated to it, causing it to go slow.
