Hi everyone,

I’m from Morocco and I’m currently trying to start my online business.
My goal is to open accounts like Stripe, PayPal, Facebook Business Manager, eBay, and Etsy to run dropshipping and digital product activities.

Here’s what I already have in place:

✅ US IP (renewable)

✅ US virtual address from Anytime Mailbox

✅ US phone number from Sonetel

✅ Professional email + domain

I’m currently looking at Bizee (Incfile) to create my LLC at the lowest possible cost.
I also want to get my EIN myself (without paying extra fees to third parties).

My questions:

Should I create the LLC using my US IP or is it safe with my Moroccan IP?

What’s the cheapest and safest way to obtain the EIN myself?

Do you recommend Bizee / Incfile or is there a better option for non-US residents?

For banking, what’s the best option to connect with Stripe/PayPal smoothly?

Any advice or guidance from members who already went through this process would be highly appreciated

The virtual address will be a problem with Stripe as they no longer allow that.

since when? I opened stripe 8 months ago and I managed to open it even though my third world country wasnt in the list through support
 
As a Moroccan, form a US LLC remotely (no SSN/visa needed) for ~$50–$200 total. New Mexico is cheapest for that ($50 filing, no annual fees/taxes for non-residents; high privacy). You can also choose Wyoming as a next ($100 filing + $60 annual if assets <$250k; no state taxes, better banking).

I know there are a ton of stories about them being a pain in the backside, but I've had a Stripe account for years without a problem, and for several of those years, I was processing a fair amount of money.

Maybe I just got lucky.

well maybe, mine got banned for no reason and thought i was dropshipping. required me to show them my inventory which I did and still banned and much money is still there which i cant even withdraw.
 
if you plan to run dropshipping via Stripe or Paypal be ready to get banned soon, think best and fast option to get some ready accs to start with cloakin service
 
for llc, ip don’t matter use ur real morocco ip, us ip not needed for filing. cheapest EIN is free direct from IRS fax/phone, no middleman. bizee/incfile fine, but many non-us go wyoming/new mexico route via cheaper registered agents. for banking, mercury or relay work smooth with stripe/paypal. main thing: keep docs consistent across all services.
 
Non-US residents can form an LLC remotely, New Mexico is cheap, and you can get an EIN via IRS Form SS-4. Just make sure you have a valid U.S. mailing address.

I'm with Northwest Registered Agent and perfectly happy. LLC formation was smooth, mail handling works well and the address was accepted by Wise, Revolut Business, Stripe.
 
Use Northwest Registered Agent. They are trustworthy

Form the LCC in Wyoming. Many articles on the net about it.

You need a CMRA (Commercial Mail Receiving Agency) address that provides a real street address—not a P.O. Box. The Top Tier 2026 Options:
Anytime Mailbox / iPostal1: The standard. They have thousands of locations. You get a real street address + suite number. Starts around $10/mo.
Northwest Registered Agent: Best if you want a 'Virtual Office' lease. This is more expensive but much stronger for banking/Stripe verification because they provide a real lease agreement.
US Global Mail: Great for long-term mail forwarding and reliable for non-residents.

Don’t just buy a random address. Pick one in the same state where your LLC is registered (Wyoming, Delaware, etc.). When your bank sees a Wyoming LLC with a Florida address, it triggers a manual KYC review.

no experience with them just with northwest registered agents, wyomingagents.com & newmexicoregisteredagent.com

you can't have an US PayPal with a LLC without SSN - which you can obviously can not obtain being non us citizen.

had no problems with them some months ago
 
As a non us resident from India, is it possible to create a LLC without passport, i have other government ID document
