Been using GSA SER for a long time and only started thinking properly about this now.

Right now I’m heavily relying on GSA SER + XEvil 7 latest as my main and only captcha solver. Today I noticed XEvil can take almost a minute on some captchas, and because of that my LPM keeps going lower and lower.

To be honest I don’t really care much about LPM since I’m not using SER aggressively. I care more about getting decent success on the targets I actually want.

What I’m trying to figure out is whether there’s anything newer I can add besides the usual human captcha services like 2Captcha or DeathByCaptcha.

Anyone here using something different now? Maybe OpenAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, or any other routing method with GSA SER?

Just looking for opinions and what’s working for you guys these days.

Just uploaded screenshot as there are a big list of captcha services in GSA SER

With DeepSeek you will be able to solve questions. But it's not going to be much but worth it for sure. I personally use Xevil and i used to use

1. GSA CB
2. Xevil with Recaptcha / Hcaptcha addon
3. 2Catpcha / Capmonster

But now i primary depend on with Xevil + Recaptcha module (using reproxy ipV6)

You can surely improve it youself if you are not lazy and redirecting open router API for different cheap module or you can even install DeepSeek locally and set it up .

i dont think anyone has gotten an llm to solve image/scripted captchas yet, and defo not with any sort of efficiency. fwiw I use capmonster.cloud for recaptchas and get about 80% success at about 20 second solves

Yeah! That's what I was exactly thinking. LLMs like deepseek may help with question type not with captchas.

Anyway for me capmonster cloud is instantly expensive and my credits eating in time. Your comment again made me to give a try

Currently I am using Xevil 7 with RHC module. You don't need to use LLMs for extra optimization just optimize your Xevil with proper settings. Xevil is great however it's super slow unless you really know and want to spend decent money on high end server to increase thread count, huge list of IP6 proxies or subscribe for large proxy pool you can go slow. I set my Xevil timeout for 300 and I run 50 threads.

I use 50 threads rotating IPv6 proxies for it which costs $8.

Success rate is for RC2/3 up 46-55%.

Solve time around 40 seconds up to 300 seconds (I know it lowers my LPM and I really don't care as long as my GSA SER is completing my goal for the day).

You can also try captcha service here like Captcha AI, etc there are lots in marketplace.

It all depends on your goal.

For me per GSA SER campaign I am not building more than 300 verified links per day.

I know. But I am thinking about using it for question type and it seems it's not worth after others' opinions. I think I would give a try on CapMonster. Currently Xevil takes more than 2 mins to solve reCAPTCHA 2 :(

First I thought my proxies are slow but when I test it with Xevil it solves under milliseconds but when I send those with GSA SER it takes more than 3 mins. I am still happy with the VPM but I think I can optimize it and I want to get the max out of it. Anyway, one.

For now I spend $10 for proxies monthly for Xevil. I guess those CapMonster kind of things are pricier than that, right.

Set XEvil timeout to 25-30 seconds max in SER, anything past that is XEvil hanging on hCaptcha enterprise versions it can't actually solve — let it fail fast and fall through to a paid service. CapMonster Cloud as secondary works much better than 2Cap/DBC right now for reCAPTCHA v2/v3 and Cloudflare Turnstile, and it's cheaper per solve. AI routing (OpenAI/DeepSeek) for image captchas is interesting in theory but unreliable in SER context — the API latency adds 3-5s per attempt and accuracy on adversarial captchas is still under 60%, you'll burn money faster than CapMonster.

I am using Xevil (timeout max 100) with rotating proxies (reproxy) >>>> 2captcha ( only do follows)

Also get a high quality link list or clean your link list by running a test campaign... that way you can clean up shill targets

@GreeACfix When directly testing via Xevil it's trying to send easiest very clean RC while GSA SER sending real captcha due to scenario. Each time when generating a captcha captcha solve difficulty varies with other factors like how suspicious the activity so yeah it's always slower than directly testing via Xevil that being said like @vierasen said lower your timeouts.

I still think the best setup is hybrid instead of relying only on XEvil.
Using GSA Captcha Breaker before XEvil helps handle easy captchas much faster and keeps LPM more stable.
Then use XEvil for harder reCAPTCHA/hCaptcha and keep something like 2Captcha or CapMonster as fallback.
I haven’t seen many people getting reliable SER performance yet with OpenAI, DeepSeek, or OpenRouter setups.

Do you mean the timeout inside GSA SER max 30 seconds for all Xevil (because it can't choose which captcha for timeouts), right?

Yes — SER has one global captcha timeout under Options → Captcha → "Time to wait" that applies to whichever solver is set as primary. 30 sec works as a good middle ground: short enough to fall through XEvil's hCaptcha stalls, long enough for legit text/image captchas. If you want per-type tuning you have to use CapMonster's own router (their CMSetup app) — it can apply different timeouts and even split traffic by captcha type before it hits SER's queue.

No single provider is best for every scenario, but GSA in combination with DBC in my opinion is the best route, both established options.

xevil + GCB combo is fine for the easy stuff but it falls over on recaptcha v2 image sets — the "click all the buses" ones eat cpu and the solve rate drops as google rotates the image models. that's why most people running SER at volume keep a captcha api in the fallback slot just for the hard ones, and let xevil handle the cheap text/checkbox stuff locally. on cost — if you go api, watch the pricing model: per-solve gets unpredictable at SER's fire rate, thread-based (pay per concurrent thread, unlimited solves) stays flat no matter how hard SER hammers it. set GCB primary, api secondary in SER's anti-captcha chain and you only pay the api for what xevil can't crack.

No matter what you won't be able to optimize significant.. but lowering timeout inside GSA SER settings help.. Sometimes i feel its cheaper to use captcha service with GSA SER instead using Xevil cause we still need to pay least 6$ monthly for proxies ( i use DCproxies or reproxy for recaptchas )
