Hey guys,
I’ll get straight to the point. This is a simple method I’m currently using to build small niche websites that get indexed quickly, start getting traffic within a few days, and then either get monetized or sold.
There are no secret hacks here. It’s mostly about approach, speed, and simplicity.
The whole idea is a low-cost setup. Cheap domain, cheap (but functional) video CMS/script, and affordable hosting that can handle it. You don’t need big upfront investment. The goal is to launch a working site as fast as possible and test it.
This can be applied in any niche. Adult is just one option, but the same approach works in real estate, crypto, hosting, services, products — basically anything with search demand. You don’t need to build a video site in adult or gambling. This works for any keyword and any niche.
The most important thing is not to go too broad. Instead of targeting general keywords, I focus on specific niches and combinations people actually search for. Then I build a simple structure (categories, tags), because those are the pages that usually get indexed and ranked.
The goal is not a perfect website. The goal is to get indexed as fast as possible and start getting SEO traffic from Google, Bing, or Yandex. Even small numbers like 10–50 visitors per day are enough to validate the idea.
Monetization can start very early. Within a few days, you can already add affiliate offers, banners, or ads. It won’t be big money at first, but it proves the site has value.
During the whole process, I focus mainly on content. I keep adding new pages, writing original descriptions, and at the same time I work on increasing domain authority. I build simple backlinks and gradually increase the overall value of the domain. Everything works together as one system — more content + more links = better rankings, more traffic, higher value.
And here’s the main difference compared to most people.
Most people build websites to make money long-term from ads. I do the opposite. My primary goal is not to earn from banners or affiliate revenue, but to build a working asset and sell it.
Monetization is just proof that the site can generate income. That alone increases its value.
I treat each site as a digital asset. I build it, get it indexed, let it gain some initial traffic, and then I look for a buyer. Sometimes I even reach out directly to companies in that niche and offer the site for sale. Many times they are interested because it saves them time and they don’t have to start from scratch.
The goal is simple: minimal cost, minimal time, and selling each project somewhere in the $500–$1000 range. Then just repeat the process.
Market & keyword research
I find a niche and a specific keyword that I can realistically target. I also pick related keywords that can bring additional traffic within the same domain.
Domain
I check availability and register a domain. I usually prefer a fresh domain with no history, no penalties, no risk.
Hosting & setup
I point the domain to hosting and get the site live as fast as possible.
Video CMS / script
I use a simple but functional system. This is typically a video-style website (similar to a YouTube-type site), so I use a video CMS. I personally use Tubes Booster, because it’s well optimized for SEO and allows fast content publishing and management.
Content
I start adding content — videos or images (embed/import). Each item gets an original description, often generated with AI. I also add descriptions to categories and tags. This is key for SEO.
Here is a real example of how I bring a domain to life and how SEO starts working — indexing in Google, pages appearing, and early signs of traffic.

This is a completely new domain, so the domain authority is basically zero. Despite that, you can already see how keywords start picking up and how the site is getting indexed.
I’ll keep updating this thread and share the progress of this site from the beginning all the way to the end, including the final sale price. I’ll also explain what I’m actually doing along the way to gradually increase the value of the domain.
I’m not in a rush. Time is not a pressure factor for me. My focus right now is simply to get the site moving, let it grow naturally, and then sell it after a few months.
At the end, here’s a quick breakdown of the total cost.
