[Journey] From $0 to… Hopefully Something – My OFM + AI Experiment

Hi bro quick question about your growth strategy. Are you running any Instagram automation with a slave–mother setup, or do you rely only on organic virality? Do you also respond on DM on IG or TikTok, or is your funnel based only on landing page links?
Good question, bro! Right now I’m keeping it mostly organic, no mother–slave setup yet. I’m focusing on consistent posting, trending audio, and engagement-based growth (comments, stories, replies). That’s been enough to bring in steady followers so far without risking bans.

For DMs, I do respond on IG, it’s actually a big part of the funnel. Most of the conversions start there before they hit the landing page. TikTok’s trickier since messaging is more limited, but I use call-to-actions in captions and bios to push them over. Might test light automation later, but for now, organic + manual interaction still performs best and feels more natural.

Day 34: Systems Clicking Into Place ⚙️

Today wasn’t about huge spikes or viral wins — it was about things finally working *smoothly*.
After weeks of testing, fixing, and firefighting, the whole setup is starting to feel balanced.

Daily Overview
- Revenue: $386 (steady climb again)
- Engagement up slightly across all models
- Churn dropped — fans are sticking around longer, especially on the VIP tier

Content Flow
- The weekly batching system is working perfectly. Models send full content packs twice a week, and I handle the scheduling.
- Started recycling older clips with new captions — performing almost as well as fresh content.
- Posted during 3 peak windows (US, EU, LATAM) — this boosted global visibility without extra work.

AI & Chat Systems
- Refined the “fan profile” memory — now each one tracks favorite content type and tip history.
- AI adjusts tone automatically (playful, flirty, or soft-sell) based on chat category.
- Added a safety prompt layer so the chatter + AI always keep replies consistent and in character.

Traffic & Outreach
- Still mostly organic via TikTok and IG, but I noticed Reddit engagement creeping back up — a few good posts today brought in 120+ new link clicks.
- Retargeting ads are slowly stabilizing with a $0.08 CPC — not perfect, but improving daily.

Takeaways
- Structure wins again. Having a repeatable, predictable system beats chasing short-term spikes.
- Fans respond more to consistency than intensity — posting less but more strategically = better results.
- Feeling less reactive, more intentional — like I’m finally managing the business, not the other way around.

Tomorrow: Planning to onboard Model #4 if the numbers hold steady and fine-tune my retargeting creatives. The foundation’s solid — time to see how far it can scale.

Day 35: Scaling Energy Small Wins, Big Signals

Today had that rare combo of momentum + clarity.
No crazy spikes, no major chaos — just things steadily *working* and stacking up.

Daily Overview
- Revenue: $412 (finally broke the $400 mark!)
- VIPs bringing in over 40% of daily total now
- Subscriptions holding strong and churn staying low

Model Updates
- Model #3 hit 10k TikTok followers today — organic, no ads. She’s officially the best performer right now.
- Model #1’s engagement dipped slightly, so I adjusted her content mix — less static, more behind-the-scenes clips.
- Model #2 dropped a “storytime” reel that pulled 25k views and funneled 200+ profile visits.

AI & Chatter Workflow
- My chatter is officially trained up — handling all VIP interactions now with great feedback from fans.
- AI follow-ups are getting scarily good; it can now detect tone shifts and respond playfully or empathetically depending on message context.
- Created an internal mini “CRM” sheet where chats auto-log key fan data (spend level, interests, favorite content type). It’s not fancy, but it’s working perfectly.

Traffic & Ads
- Retargeting ads brought 3 new model leads today — might actually use the same setup for fan traffic soon.
- Reddit traffic stable, TikTok still dominating.
- Started testing subtle story CTAs (“check link in bio”) — conversions improved slightly without triggering any flags.

Takeaways
- Scaling feels less about doing *more* and more about doing *smarter*.
- AI + human balance is finally right — enough automation to save time, but still human where it counts.
- I can see how this could hit $10k/month soon if growth keeps compounding.

Tomorrow: Reviewing ad data, maybe soft-launching Model #4, and prepping a short “month two roadmap” post for the thread. Feels like things are finally leveling up.

Day 36: Growing Pains (The Good Kind)

Today felt like standing on the edge of something bigger — the numbers look solid, but I can already feel the next set of challenges forming.

Daily Overview
- Revenue: $405
- 2 new VIPs and one high-tip fan who dropped $120 out of nowhere
- Steady traffic across TikTok and Reddit, though Meta ad results fluctuated a bit

Model & Content Updates
- Model #3 is on fire — her last two clips are still snowballing with over 35k and 28k views.
- Model #1 bounced back after switching to a “lifestyle-soft” approach; engagement finally improving again.
- Model #2 sent her biggest content batch yet (about 3GB of clips ). Took half the day just sorting and tagging everything for posting.

Workflow Wins
- Introduced a content calendar synced across all models — now AI schedules captions and hashtags automatically based on each platform’s best posting times.
- The chatter handled 60% of messages today solo, and I only stepped in for VIPs or custom upsells.
- Started tracking average message-to-tip ratio; sitting around 1 tip per 18 messages. Planning to optimize that next.

Traffic & Ads
- Meta ads are hit-or-miss lately — a couple got rejected for “ambiguous adult content,” so I’m rewriting copy to sound more lifestyle-driven.
- Reddit traffic stable. TikTok still king — organic reach beats paid every single time so far.
- Considering small influencer shoutouts next week as a new test channel.

Reflections
The growth is great, but scaling adds a new kind of pressure — more chats, more logistics, and more details to track.
Still, it’s the good kind of chaos — the kind that means things are working.

Tomorrow: Clean up the content folders, fine-tune ad wording, and start preparing for Model #4’s onboarding. The systems are holding… for now.

Congrats man, I'm rooting for you.

Love the journey and your structured and steady approach.

Q: Do you run meta ads for each model? Did you create a meta ad account for each or do you have a meta business manger account and added all 3 model accounts?

Thanks a lot, appreciate the support

For ads, I’m running everything through one Meta Business Manager, it keeps things organized and easier to track. Each model has her own ad set inside that account, so budgets, audiences, and creatives stay separate but still under one dashboard. It’s way simpler than juggling multiple standalone accounts, and Meta seems to handle it fine as long as everything stays compliant.

Day 37: Organized Chaos – Finding the Flow

Today was busy but productive — one of those “controlled chaos” days where a lot happened at once, but for once, I didn’t feel completely buried.

Daily Overview
- Revenue: $417
- 2 new VIP renewals and one big $90 custom — those keep the daily averages strong.
- Traffic stable, engagement solid across all platforms.

Model Updates
- Model #4 officially onboarded!
Early signs look good — she already had a small following, so I’m setting up her funnel with light AI chat and content scheduling.
- Model #2’s content is performing above average again after rebranding her captions.
- Model #3’s TikTok still riding the wave from last week’s viral posts — getting consistent 20–30k views per clip now.

Workflow & Systems
- Updated the content calendar — now it’s synced with chat metrics, so I can see which posts drive the most DMs and tips.
- AI reply logic upgraded again; it now pulls from “recent conversation memory,” so replies reference things fans mentioned before. The retention difference is *huge*.
- The chatter handled 65% of convos today — finally comfortable with all tones and fan tiers.

Traffic & Ads
- Meta ads are stabilizing after the rewrite; CTR at 3.2% and lead quality improving.
- Reddit traffic up again — a few posts hit front pages of smaller OF subs, bringing good leads.
- Started testing “model highlight” TikToks (short montage-style edits) — they grab attention fast.

Takeaways
- The balance between automation and authenticity is everything.
- Having a system is great, but tweaking it daily is what keeps it alive.
- Seeing consistent $400+ days is encouraging, but now the goal is to make it *effortless*, not just possible.

Tomorrow: Run a weekend promo push across all models, add more dynamic DM sequences for VIPs, and keep refining how AI handles re-engagement.
Momentum feels steady — time to keep that wave rolling.

Day 38: Building for the Long Game

Today wasn’t about new highs or flashy numbers — it was about tightening the bolts on what’s already working and making sure the system can handle more growth without cracking.

Daily Overview
- Revenue: $402
- Slight dip from yesterday but still comfortably above the $400 line.
- Fewer new subs, but higher tips — fan relationships are getting stronger.

Team & Workflow
- The chatter is officially running 70% of VIP interactions — freeing up a ton of my time.
- I spent most of the day refining automations: AI message tagging, dynamic response timing, and content scheduling logic.
- Built a “mini daily report” generator in Sheets — it auto-pulls data from chats, ads, and socials so I can see what’s working at a glance.

Models Update
- Model #4’s onboarding is going smoothly — she’s enthusiastic, fast learner, and already sending consistent content batches.
- Model #3 is still leading by engagement; her latest TikTok hit 40k views in under 10 hours.
- Model #2’s new photo set performed 25% better when paired with short teaser clips — will repeat that combo next week.

Traffic & Ads
- TikTok remains king for organic reach.
- Reddit still pulling steady, but I’m testing new subs to avoid oversaturation.
- Meta ads: CTR stable at 3.1%, CPA improving slightly — looks like the audience refinement is finally paying off.

Takeaways
- Growth means nothing without *structure.* Every minute saved on systems turns into an hour I can use to think strategically.
- Fans appreciate consistency more than novelty — routine is quietly powerful.
- It’s easy to chase numbers, but the real win is predictability.

Tomorrow: Prepare new ad creatives for next week, experiment with a referral incentive for fans, and plan the first “month two strategy sprint.”
The chaos is calming down — and that’s when the real building starts. ⚙️

Day 39: Testing, Tweaking, and Tiny Wins

Today wasn’t dramatic — no viral spikes or sudden drops — but it was full of small, meaningful steps forward.
At this point, the business feels less like constant firefighting and more like daily fine-tuning.

Daily Overview
- Revenue: $419
- 1 new high-tip fan ($85) and steady recurring VIP renewals keeping things balanced.
- Sub growth slowed slightly, but retention held strong — always a good trade-off.

Model Updates
- Model #4 officially got her first paying fans today! Small start, but a solid foundation.
- Model #3’s growth continues — her “morning vlog” TikTok hit 60k views and pushed a noticeable traffic wave to her OF.
- Model #2 is getting more comfortable with themed content — engagement jumped 18% just from consistent storytelling posts.

AI & Workflow
- Added a “conversation recovery” feature: if a fan goes inactive for 3+ days, AI auto-sends a re-engagement message tuned to their chat history.
- Built a small “mood tracker” tag — AI labels convos as [Excited], [Neutral], or [Cold] to prioritize replies. It’s surprisingly accurate.
- The chatter is doing great — only a couple of messages needed correction today.

Traffic & Ads
- TikTok steady, Reddit spiked a bit after testing a new posting format (short teaser + captioned reaction).
- Meta retargeting ads holding at a 3.3% CTR, but I might try new creatives to refresh performance.
- Starting to test light influencer outreach — small creators with niche audiences who might drive warmer leads.

Takeaways
- The small optimizations are starting to compound — less effort, more predictable output.
- AI’s “memory” tweaks are paying off in longer chat sessions and higher tip frequency.
- The team rhythm (models + chatter + AI) feels aligned for the first time since I started.

Tomorrow: Create a few new TikTok content templates, test updated Meta copy, and prep early numbers for a “Month Two: Week 1” recap.
Not every day needs to be explosive — sometimes quiet progress is the loudest kind of success.

Congrats man! Love the journey.
How do you share the income safely without someone having the option to cancel the other when it keeps scaling. Also does one person recieve the income and the other gets their share via paypal or something, or there is a more reliable way.

Are you being honest with your DMs?

"I have no experience, no budget and no time because I work a full time job everyday. Wanna give me 50% of your onlyfans earnings and see what happens?"

Im just curious why would someone firstly generates a GPT-written dairy and then feeds it to audience

Right now everything runs pretty simply. income goes to the model’s OF account (since it has to be under their verified identity), and then we handle splits manually. Usually I get my share via PayPal, Wise, or crypto depending on what’s easiest for them. Once things scale bigger, I’ll probably move to contracts and a shared business account setup to keep it cleaner and reduce dependency on trust alone. For now though, clear communication + consistent payouts have kept things smooth.

Day 40: Feels Like the Start of Something Real

Forty days.
Honestly, it’s crazy to even type that out. What started as me experimenting with some ideas, a bit of AI, and a small budget… has turned into a full-blown system that actually *works*.

I’ve gone from guessing and grinding to actually *managing* something that moves on its own — not perfectly, but enough to see a rhythm forming.

Daily Stats
- Revenue: $436
- 4 VIP renewals, 1 new big tipper ($110), and a few solid upsells
- 40-day total: just over $11.2K
Still not “agency money,” but way more stable than I ever expected this early.

Models & Team
Model #1 finally clicked this week — her “casual day” clips are pulling way better numbers than posed content.
Model #2 came back strong after a creative dip; themed content with storylines works magic.
Model #3 is still the one carrying the TikTok game — 13k followers now and steady reach.
Model #4 is brand new but super motivated. Feels like she’ll fit in great.

And then there’s my chatter. Honestly, one of the best moves I’ve made. He’s handling most VIP convos now, freeing up so much time. Watching someone else use your system and *actually make it work* hits different.

The AI Setup
AI has gone from a “cool experiment” to an actual backbone of the business.
Now it:
- remembers fan preferences, tone, and favorite content,
- re-engages inactive fans automatically,
- adapts replies to match mood (flirty, friendly, chill).

The wild part is how natural it feels. Fans are chatting longer, tipping more, and I’m barely touching 30% of convos now.
The human + AI combo is *so* much stronger than either alone.

Traffic & Ads
TikTok is still the heartbeat. Every post brings a wave of new eyes — and when one video takes off, the ripple effect lasts for days.
Reddit’s back on track after I changed post times and tightened captions.
Meta ads are finally stable too — 3.2% CTR and cheaper leads. I swapped out “model promo” copy for “creator lifestyle” copy and it instantly performed better.

Behind the Scenes
I built what I jokingly call the “command center” — basically a giant spreadsheet that shows daily revenue, conversion rates, ad performance, and chat stats. It’s simple but powerful. I can see in seconds what’s working and what’s dragging.

Feels good to finally run things *by data* instead of gut instinct.

Lessons from 40 Days
- Consistency beats creativity. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel every week.
- Delegation is terrifying at first but absolutely necessary.
- AI saves time, but real human touch keeps it alive.
- Not every day needs to be huge — slow growth is still growth.
- Burnout is sneaky. Take breaks *before* you crash.

Reflection
When I started this, it felt like chaos — just me, a laptop, and a vague plan.
Now it feels like a small but growing business with structure, rhythm, and a future.
There are still bugs, rejections, burnout moments, but there’s also real progress every single day.

The best part? It’s fun again. I’m not just chasing numbers; I’m building something that might actually last.

Next Steps
- Push for $500/day consistently
- Add 1–2 new models (carefully — no rushing this time)
- Try Pinterest + YouTube Shorts for extra organic traffic
- Clean up payout systems and add light contracts for safety

Tomorrow: Go through retention data, refresh ad creatives, and start outlining the “Month Two Recap” post.
40 days in — and it feels like I’m finally past the grind and into the growth.

Awesome work mate. i was looking into it few months back but never pulled the trigger since i was looking for Ai models and thought it won't work. my question is how you are able to reach the models to signup and how much revenue share you are splitting between models?

Thanks man, appreciate it! Honestly, reaching models is mostly a mix of persistence and targeting. I started with cold DMs on Instagram, reaching out to aspiring creators, freelancers, or small influencers who already post similar content but don’t have an OF presence yet. Once I built a little credibility (showing examples, explaining the process, being transparent), responses started coming easier.
Right now, I usually do a revenue split model, around 70/30 or 60/40, depending on how much I handle for them. If I’m doing everything, editing, promotion, chat management, etc., then it leans closer to 60/40 in my favor. But when the model contributes more (like content ideas or fan interaction), I’m happy to go higher for them.

It’s definitely not easy at first, but once you sign the first couple of models, the rest get a lot smoother because you’ve got proof it works.
