For socials, I do the same, separate browsers (or sometimes different devices if needed). It’s a bit of a hassle at first, but it keeps accounts from getting linked or flagged.

I didn’t make any huge changes today — instead, I focused on polishing what’s already working.

- Set up separate browser environments for each model (to avoid cross-login issues).
- Simplified posting schedules — now each model has her own rhythm instead of me juggling all three at once.
- AI now automatically labels chats as [Warm Lead], [High Spender], or [Cold], based on behavior — helps me prioritize who to respond to first.

Content & Traffic
- One of Model #2’s TikToks did surprisingly well (12k views, lots of profile visits).
- Model #1’s Reddit performance picked up again after I switched to posting during US evening hours.

Right now it’s a mix, there’s a small fixed cut from subscriptions and then additional revenue from tips, paid messages, and custom requests. So while there’s a base rate that keeps things stable, most of the real growth comes from the variable side, the fan interactions and upsells. I’ve been lurking for months, reading other people’s “journey” threads, feeling simultaneously inspired and terrified. And then I realized… if I don’t start now, I’ll just keep scrolling forever. So here we go.

About Me
I’m not a marketer. I’m not an influencer. I’m just a regular person who’s burned money on dropshipping, affiliate nonsense, and a few “get rich quick” schemes that were anything but. But OFM caught my attention — it’s part sales, part psychology, part chaos… basically the perfect storm for someone like me.

Also, AI is my new “silent partner.” I don’t have a team. I don’t have experience. But I do have ChatGPT, MidJourney, and a stubborn desire to not fail spectacularly.

Why AI?
Because I’m lazy, obviously. But also because it’s kind of fun.

• ChatGPT writes outreach messages that sound slightly less like a robot.
• MidJourney/Stable Diffusion creates promo content while I’m still scouting models.
• AI helps me brainstorm captions, TikTok scripts, and… honestly, some very questionable flirting lines.

• Short-term: sign my first model in 2 weeks.

• Long-term: $5K/month, a small roster, and a system that doesn’t make me lose my mind.

Plan of Attack

• Outreach – 20–30 DMs/day. AI helps me sound human-ish and slightly charming.

Feels like both a blur and a full-on crash course in managing chaos, systems, and people.

Thanks! Right now the main traffic mix is TikTok and Reddit, TikTok brings the big spikes, while Reddit gives more steady, conversion-friendly traffic. I’m also testing small Meta ads for model outreach and some retargeting, but most of the growth so far has come organically through short-form content and community posting.

After a month of running everything solo, it’s weird (but exciting) to have help.

- Hired a part-time chatter to handle VIP fans for Model #1 and Model #2.
- Gave them a quick crash course using my AI prompts, tone examples, and “fan profiles.”
- They handled about 40% of today’s convos — not perfect, but solid for day one.
- Goal is to free up time for me to focus on content, ads, and scaling instead of nonstop DMs.

Revenue

- Slight bump thanks to VIP upsells — the new chatter landed one custom request worth $75, which is a good start.

Appreciate it, man! I’m on a % split with all models, keeps everyone motivated since their results directly affect earnings. Totally get you on the “lazy model” part though, it happens. I try to set clear expectations early, show results from others, and keep communication open. Sometimes they warm up once they see it’s actually working, but if not, it’s better to move on and find someone hungrier.
