For ads, I’m running everything through one Meta Business Manager, it keeps things organized and easier to track. Each model has her own ad set inside that account, so budgets, audiences, and creatives stay separate but still under one dashboard. Right now everything runs pretty simply. income goes to the model’s OF account (since it has to be under their verified identity), and then we handle splits manually. Usually I get my share via PayPal, Wise, or crypto depending on what’s easiest for them. Once things scale bigger, I’ll probably move to contracts and a shared business account setup to keep it cleaner and reduce dependency on trust alone. For now though, clear communication + consistent payouts have kept things smooth.

Awesome work mate. i was looking into it few months back but never pulled the trigger since i was looking for Ai models and thought it won't work. my question is how you are able to reach the models to signup and how much revenue share you are splitting between models?

Thanks man, appreciate it! Honestly, reaching models is mostly a mix of persistence and targeting. I started with cold DMs on Instagram, reaching out to aspiring creators, freelancers, or small influencers who already post similar content but don’t have an OF presence yet. Once I built a little credibility (showing examples, explaining the process, being transparent), responses started coming easier.
Right now, I usually do a revenue split model, around 70/30 or 60/40, depending on how much I handle for them. If I’m doing everything, editing, promotion, chat management, etc., then it leans closer to 60/40 in my favor. But when the model contributes more (like content ideas or fan interaction), I’m happy to go higher for them.
It’s definitely not easy at first, but once you sign the first couple of models, the rest get a lot smoother because you’ve got proof it works.
