you shouldn't need to loose 200, simply set daily budgets. i do not agree with FBdudes theory that having large daily budgets result in lower CPC. I achieved a CPC of $0.003 with a daily budget of $10.

the answer is in CPM, you get a good campaign set up and you pay less than a cent per click.. so if your offer pays out $1, you can get over 100 clicks and only need one to convert to break even.
