hostgator reseller alternative?

Im looking for an alternative to hostgators reseller hosting solutions.. i had the Aluminum package but for some specific reasons i have been banned.. nothing blackhat, simply had a list of email addresses hosted on a site which attracted complaints.. turned in to a bitching match and now i have been banned because i demanded a refund (which was issued)

Anyways.. any good alternatives?
