I have been in usage with sliq, and I can say that it does what it should do, it bring me most successful directories, even if it doesn't give you ALL live links, I have a 12 months license, have been in usage for about 4 months and it really worth money spent ;) PS no discounts about that

I don't know exactly what does that means but I know that when a page have been just indexed and you haven't build any link yet it's shown as PR:N/A, and shortly therafter a link building campaign it shows PR 0, Maybe this does mean that PR0 is slighly higher than PR N/A
