hmm kinda sucks. I had bought the domain at a good price, has a decent PR and backlinks already. Anyone have ideas of what I can do with it before I give it up?

It's probably tough to rank high with that keyword these days, but you could try, even if you just make a dollar or two a day, its worth it. With more time into it, you could make more.

in my experience, it takes way longer for google to acknowledge your backlinks than yahoo. I've seen yahoo show links about 2-3 hours after I've pinged certain sites, but thats rare.. It all depends.
