Twitter Follow Limitations?

Up to 1000 per day if you have below 2000 followers.
Then when over 2000 followers, you have to stay within the 11% rule.....that basically means add no more than 11% of your current followers per day.

Thanks so much for that. I appreciate it :) I feel like I'm a little late on the Twitter bandwagon but I'll give it a whirl!
 
yes, I got banned/removed for adding 1000 users on the first day of an account... doh. I'll have to say thanks for the 11% rule info, I'll follow that from now on.
 
if its a new account i will only add a like 200 per day waith 24hrs and then remove and add till the account get to be about 2 weeks the i start increasing max under 2000 I would only add 800 I tried 1000 and got XX unless you can find a creative different way to increase people following you with out having to add them.
