Google shows no backlinks for my website

It's weird, Yahoo shows some backlinks when I last checked. I wonder why Google shows 0?

My site is at WhySG.com - a lifestyle guide of Singapore

Some of the keywords im targeting seems tough too. Any suggestions? Please help me to check if possible and tell me how I can improve on PageRank too....

My pagerank is currently at 3, which is bad right? Im a newbie to SEO. Appreciate any advice, thanks!

Quite common for Yahoo to show backlinks and none from Google. Most automatic link checkers will query Google with the search "link:yoursitename.com". This search will return only a small selection if any of the links to your site. If you want to find out what links Google sees to your site you should create an account at Google Webmaster Tools.

for one of my sites I have over 330 on Yahoo and Google doesn't show any

in my experience, it takes way longer for google to acknowledge your backlinks than yahoo. I've seen yahoo show links about 2-3 hours after I've pinged certain sites, but thats rare.. It all depends.
