mobile proxies work the best if you don't want to get a ban, but for 3 acc, and if you're not making any money from it a VPN might work just fine, it might be even faster (of course it depends on what kind of vpn you're using)

Only views or views+likes won't affect the rank. Try posting videos to reddit , forums, facebook, twitter. Also, I assume, all those "selling" views, have flagged IPs, since, keeping the pool fresh is very expensive

Afaik, youtube adds +1 view to the total number after 30 seconds of watching it. However, watching only 30 secs of your video and skipping elsewhere and adding view number to your video like this will affect the algorithm and your video won't rank, since the signal means - many people clicks...

Geolocation is highly important. However, I doubt that anything will happen after a couple of times. Just be sure to be consistent with your proxies in the future.

You can do that or just look for a cheap 4g proxies that are most likely guaranteed to work way better.
