Won't let me, I have to either send an SMS to my phone number or reset through email, just my username doesn't do.

I just lost my instagram account cause instagram spontaniously decides to change my password for security reasons and I have no clue what email I used to log in yet I know both my emails password and the old password. Any ideas? I also didn't add a phone number or link my account to facebook.

I just made my sneaker niche account about 5 days ago and I'm about to hit 100 followers. What's some of the best advice regarding optimal growth? I've been using Instabot and that helps quite a lot but I'm wondering if there are any words of advice for someone more experienced.
