Banned from following, how to prevent this?

Basically what the title says, I tried following people manually and I was wondering how many you think would be fine for a day? I read about people who follow 1500-2000 but I'm not so sure about that.

And how much are you doing yourself? Per day? Per hour?
What ever the value. . . the safe number is supposedly 60 actions per hour.

do it slowly and then increase slowly , dont follow too many at one time
