Well if you unlink the bank account, you can add it to a new paypal account again. But it seems this is limited as to how many times it can be done

How about trying to use something more generic like "Italian Super Cars" or something similar. A Second Option would be to find a Facebook Page that has something to do with Ferrari Cars, and try to target people that have shown interest in that specific page. Hope someone else can assist you...
